Administrative Assistant - Part time
Detailed Position Description:
Part time administrative assistant, Monday - Friday, afternoon hours.
Reports to Customer Service Representative.
Tasks include answering telephones in four-person office, data input, filing,
vendor/customer contact and other office duties.
Advanced tasks include designing
and distributing mailings, web design assistance.
Work in a modern fully networked office environment.
This is a great position for a student with limited amount of time for a job.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be reliable, accurate, organized, detail oriented.

SGM Bindery, Inc. has been in business since 1985.
We are a local bookbindery with a staff of about 30 people.
Our main customers are printers and designers in the Baltimore/Washington metro
