1.  Tip:  When setting up the printed margin for a Plasticoil book remember to set the margin at 5/16" for books under 3/4" and 7/16" for books greater than 3/4".  This way we will not punch into any text.

2.  Congratulations to all of the PGAMA Print Quality Award nominees.  Our nominated piece can be seen on our web site.  The Quality Awards Gala is Thursday night at Martin's Crosswinds in Greenbelt, MD.  Good luck.

3.  Binding of the Month:  Booklet Making.
Booklet making is stitching flat 4 page sigs to make a saddle stitched book.

• This is a very fast and efficient process for short run stitched books.
• Don't forget to have your cover creased on our Morgana Autocreaser before stitching.  This will give your cover a clean fold without cracking the ink.
• We can stitch up to 20+/- sheets.  That is approx. an 80 page booklet.
• Large page count booklets will have a puffy spine compared to a true saddle stitched book.
• Get an option to perfect bind when the book gets too thick.
