detectors, double detectors and reject shoots. However we understand this
is not a perfect industry.

sure your job goes out with less than 1% errors.
We inspect all collation orders per MIL STD 105E
with a statistical error rate of less than 0.65%.
We have been following this procedure for over 20
years.

Our Inspection Policy Upon Customer Finding An
Error:
- Any bad books must be returned to SGM before
re-inspection.
- We will re-inspect the job per MIL STD 105E to
verify error rate at no additional cost.
- We will replace or repair all bad books at no
additional cost.
Any additional inspection will be billed on an
hourly rate.
We are more than happy to inspect a job 100%.
